Domestic Shipping Policy:

At True Lavender Collective, we are committed to providing a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our customers. To ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your orders within the United States, we have outlined our domestic shipping policy below.

  1. Shipping Methods:
    • We offer several shipping options for domestic orders. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.
    • You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be provided for each option. Note, all carriers temporarily raises prices on its domestic shipping services every holiday season so fees are subject to change. 
  2. Processing Time:
    • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3pm PT will be processed on the following business day.
    • Orders taken during the weekend will not be picked up by the carrier until Monday at the earliest; pickup days are also impacted by national holidays. 
  3. Shipping Carriers:
    • We partner with reputable shipping carriers, such as USPS and UPS, to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.  Our preferred carrier is USPS using one of their Ground Advantage or Priority Mail services wherever possible.  This includes an estimated delivery window of 2-5 days and $100 of insurance. 
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.
  4. Delivery Timeframes:
    • Shopify’s delivery estimates are system-generated and don’t account for our processing time before shipment. 
    • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping options offer faster delivery times.
    • Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
  5. Shipping Rates:
    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
    • Some items require a special handling cost to ensure they arrive safely and pristine.
    • We may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. Please refer to our website or promotional emails for details on current shipping offers and eligibility criteria.
  6. Shipping Restrictions:
    • Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations, such as hazardous materials or oversized items. We comply with all applicable shipping regulations and reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped safely or legally.
  7. Shipping Address:
    • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
    • USPS® is the only carrier that delivers to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 
  8. Shipping Updates:
    • For updates on the status of your order or assistance with tracking your shipment, please contact our customer service team at info@truelavendercollective.com.  We are here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your order and delivery.
  9. Christmas Shipment Cut Off Dates:
    • We sync our shipping calendar to align with the USPS cut off dates for package delivery before Dec 25th. To ensure your packages arrive by either December 24th or 25th, our cutoff date is TBD 2026. 
    • We cannot account for delivery delays caused by weather or by, the expected, volume delays. This year expected delays are predicted due to staffing shortages and the strain that is already present in the carrier infrastructure.
