To use, place 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil on the lava beads. Using your finger or a cotton swab, spread the oil across all of the lava beads. Allow the oil a couple of minutes to absorb before putting the bracelet on. To increase the scent, simply add more drops throughout the day.
